Job Title: Collection Officer cum Field Executive
Job Location
Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) – including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Western Suburbs, Central Suburbs, and Harbour Line. Frequent travel across these locations is required based on business requirements.
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Collection Officer cum Field Executive to manage field-related operations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves invoice submission, cheque collection, delivery of corporate gifts and official documents, client coordination, and supporting various office and administrative field activities while ensuring timely updates and professional representation of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Submit invoices to clients, developers, vendors, and business partners within the defined timelines.
Collect cheques, payment receipts, and other financial documents from clients.
Deliver corporate gifts, agreements, official documents, and other company materials to clients, vendors, and business associates.
Travel extensively across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Western Suburbs, Central Suburbs, and Harbour Line for assigned field tasks.
Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules, pending collections, and document submissions.
Ensure all collected cheques, invoices, and important documents are safely handed over to the respective internal departments.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, collections, submissions, and deliveries.
Provide timely status updates after completion of every assigned task.
Support the Administration, Accounts, HR, Finance, and Operations teams with field-related assignments.
Assist with bank visits, courier coordination, document notarization, government office visits, and other office-related field work as assigned.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and maintain a high standard of conduct.
Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of company documents, cheques, and other valuable items.
Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in field operations, collections, office administration, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of routes across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Ability to travel extensively on a daily basis.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and smartphone applications.
Honest, responsible, punctual, and self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely submission of invoices and official documents.
Timely collection of cheques and payment-related documents.
Accurate and secure delivery of corporate gifts and company materials.
Completion of assigned field tasks within the defined TAT.
Timely reporting and status updates after every field visit.
Proper maintenance of field activity records and documentation.
Professional client coordination and relationship management.
Willingness to support additional administrative and office-related field activities as required.
