We have head office in Gurgaon, Haryana India Job Title: Driver Manager Job location: Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for Driver Manager who is responsible for managing driver recruitment, onboarding, Driver’s performance, fleet utilization and customer complaints for smooth fleet operations. This role involves coordination with fleet maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driver Recruitment & Onboarding • Source, hire, and onboard qualified and reliable drivers. • Conduct background checks, license verifications, and compliance screenings. • Ensure drivers are trained on company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures. 2. Driver Performance & Compliance • Monitor driver performance • Ensure drivers comply with traffic laws, fleet policies, and industry regulations. 3. Fleet Utilization & Scheduling • Assign drivers to routes and shifts efficiently to maximize fleet productivity. • Monitor vehicle usage and trip completion to optimize operations. • Handle emergency driver replacements in case of disruptions. 4. Incident Management & Reporting: Investigate accidents, violations, or complaints involving drivers. 5. Coordination with Other Departments • Work with fleet maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are assigned to drivers in good condition. • Maintain records of driver schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations. • Maintain records for collection.
