Key Responsibilities
Order Delivery: Pick up orders from the Zepto hub and deliver to customers promptly.
Navigation & Safety: Use mobile applications for route planning and follow traffic safety rules.
Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, ensuring order accuracy.
Payment Handling: Manage cash-on-delivery (COD) and digital payments.
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain own bike/scooter or manage company-provided electric vehicles (EVs).
Requirements
Vehicle & License: A two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driver's license (some locations/EV options might vary).
Smartphone: Android smartphone for the delivery app.
