We are hiring Team Leader/Delivery Manager for Zippee in Thyagraj, Bangalore. Your main job is to hire and manage riders and make sure deliveries to customers are completed on time and safely. You should be polite, punctual, and able to give good service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train delivery riders.

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth delivery flow.

• Monitor rider attendance, punctuality, and performance.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and safely.

• Track delivery metrics and maintain service quality standards.

• Resolve customer complaints and delivery issues quickly.

• Maintain discipline and motivate the rider team.

• Ensure riders follow company policies and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for efficient dispatch.

• Maintain daily reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or team handling.

• Experience in managing field staff/riders preferred.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
