डिलिवरी एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team at Zepto, Swiggy who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Executive: Receive orders from stores and restaurants and deliver them on time to customers.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Confirm with delivered and undelivered items for customers.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all Delivery laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing FOD and other Snapshot relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
