We are hiring dedicated and responsible Parcel Delivery Executives for our logistics operations. Candidates should be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling daily parcel deliveries efficiently using assigned routes and delivery apps.

Job Responsibilities

Pick up parcels from hub/warehouse and deliver safely to customers.

Complete deliveries within assigned timelines.

Use mobile apps and Google Maps for route navigation.

Maintain delivery updates, OTP verification, and proof of delivery.

Handle parcels carefully without damage or loss.

Maintain professional behavior with customers.

Follow traffic rules and company guidelines.

Report delivery issues or delays immediately.

Requirements

Valid Driving License mandatory.

Own 2-wheeler

Smartphone with internet access.

Basic knowledge of maps and delivery apps.

Physically fit and willing to work in field operations.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary Structure & Payment Options

OPTION 1 – Fixed Salary + Incentives

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

Performance Incentive: Target-based incentives for higher delivery completion and attendance

Weekly and Monthly payout options available

Incentive Conditions:

Extra incentives for achieving daily/weekly parcel targets

Attendance bonus for consistent performance

Higher payout for low return rate and zero complaints

OPTION 2 – Per Parcel Payment Model

Earnings Structure:

Up to 60 parcels/day: ₹16 per parcel

After 60 parcels/day: ₹17 per parcel

Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

Example Earnings:

70 parcels/day =

60 × ₹16 = ₹960

10 × ₹17 = ₹170

Total = ₹1,130/day + petrol allowance

Payment:

Weekly payout available

Monthly settlement option also available

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

One weekly off will be provided on weekdays only

Sunday working is mandatory

Shift timing approximately 9–10 hours depending on delivery load

We need reliable delivery partners who can handle responsibility, meet delivery targets, and grow with the company long-term. Candidates with good discipline and field work attitude will be preferred.
