Job Description: Supply Executive (Pharma Distribution)

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Executive to manage the daily supply of wholesale medicines to 50–60 medical stores. The role involves timely deliveries, proper handling of medicines, and payment collection, ensuring smooth last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

Deliver medicines to assigned 50–60 medical shops as per route plan
Ensure 2 delivery cycles per day (morning & evening)
Cross-check invoices and items before dispatch
Maintain accuracy in quantity and product during delivery
Ensure proper handling of medicines (avoid damage, expiry issues)
Return undelivered to warehouse with proper record

2. Payment Collection

Collect payments (cash / UPI ) from customers
Ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding dues
Submit collected payments and records at the end of the day

3. Inventory Handling

Ensure proper handling of medicines (avoid damage, expiry issues)
Follow storage guidelines for temperature-sensitive products
Return undelivered to warehouse with proper record

Requirements

Prior experience in pharma distribution / delivery / logistics preferred
Ability to manage time-bound deliveries (twice daily routes)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
