Pick up laundry from customers and deliver clean clothes on time
Handle garments carefully to avoid damage or loss
Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers
Collect payments (if required) and update delivery status
Verify customer details and order information before delivery
Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the delivery vehicle
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently
Report issues, delays, or customer feedback to the manager
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Own vehicle preferred (or company vehicle if available)
Basic knowledge of local Bhopal routes
Ability to use smartphone (WhatsApp, calls, simple apps)
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
