Delivery Executive

We are looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to ensure timely delivery, installation support, and pickup of rental products while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, appliances, and other rental products to customer locations as per the assigned schedule.

• Assist in loading, unloading, installation, and pickup of products safely.

• Ensure products are delivered in good condition and obtain customer acknowledgment upon delivery.

• Handle customer interactions professionally and address basic queries regarding products and services.

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer support teams for smooth execution of deliveries.

• Maintain delivery records, proof of delivery, and daily activity reports.

• Follow assigned routes and optimize delivery timelines.

• Report product damages, shortages, delays, or customer concerns immediately to the supervisor.

• Ensure safe handling of company assets and adherence to safety guidelines.

• Support reverse logistics activities including product returns, replacements, and retrieval of terminated rentals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in delivery, logistics, courier, furniture movement, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Knowledge of Hyderabad routes and local areas.

• Ability to use smartphones, GPS navigation, and delivery applications.

• Physically fit to handle furniture and appliance movement.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
