Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and order items
Collect payments (cash/online) if required and hand over receipts
Ensure safe handling of items during transit
Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle
Follow traffic rules and company delivery guidelines
Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Own vehicle preferred (if required by company)
Knowledge of local areas and routes
Basic smartphone usage (GPS, calls, apps)
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit to handle deliveries
Freshers can apply
Prior delivery experience is an added advantage
