📋 Roles & Responsibilities

• Order Dispatch & Delivery: Pick up packages from the local fulfillment hub in the morning and safely deliver them to customers within the designated territory. [1]

• Returns & Pickups Management: Execute customer pick-ups for product returns or size exchanges while carefully checking product conditions. [1]

• Cash & Digital Handlings: Collect payments accurately for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via cash or QR-code scanner apps, ensuring it maps properly to the delivery application.

• Hub Reporting: Update shipment delivery tracking apps in real-time and return undelivered shipments back to the hub manager at the end of the shift. [1]

🛠️ Job Requirements & Key Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (SSC) or above.

• Mandatory Logistics Assets: A personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter), a valid driving license, and an Android smartphone are strictly required.

• Required Documentation: Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and active Bank Account details for salary routing.

• Experience Level: Open to Freshers. Prior delivery experience with e-commerce, food tech, or courier companies is valued but not mandatory.

• Local Geography Competency: Good area knowledge of specific Hyderabad localities and navigation app proficiency. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

💼 Compensation & Structure in Hyderabad

• Monthly Salary: Fixed base pay usually ranges between ₹22,500 and ₹26,000 per month. Total gross earnings (inclusive of high shipment delivery milestones) can Shipment Model range from ₹22,500 to ₹35,000+ per month.

• Fuel & Travel Reimbursements: A variable fuel allowance ranging from ₹3.20 to ₹3.50 per kilometre is tracked via the delivery app.

• Performance Incentives: Additional payouts ranging from ₹250 to ₹500 weekly for maintaining exceptional attendance and meeting monthly delivery/pickup targets.

• Benefits: Standard statutory benefits like Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) medical cover.

• Work Schedule & Shifts: Typically a 9-hour day shift (e.g., 6:00 AM – 02:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) for 26 days a week, with a weekly off.
