Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels to customers safely and on time.
Pick up shipments from assigned locations when required.
Verify customer details before handing over parcels.
Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments, if applicable.
Update delivery status using the mobile app.
Maintain proper records of delivered and undelivered parcels.
Ensure parcels are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Follow assigned delivery routes and daily schedules.
Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Meet daily delivery targets and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
Own bike with valid RC, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate (Mandatory).
Smartphone with internet access.
Good communication and navigation skills.
Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.
