The role involves safely picking up and delivering customer devices, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring smooth customer communication during pickups and deliveries.

Responsibilities:
• Pickup and delivery of mobile phones from customer locations
• Coordinating with repair technicians
• Updating customers professionally
• Handling devices carefully and safely
• Managing delivery schedules efficiently

Requirements:
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Basic smartphone and Google Maps knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and punctual behavior
• Bengaluru routes knowledge is a plus
