We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team at Aan Enterprises who can transport items from warehouse to customer .Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to customer

Key Responsibilities:

Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Taking order of customer on call or WhatsApp
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
Accepting payments for delivered items
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important.
