Job Description & Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pickup grocery orders from the assigned Zepto hub or dark store.

• Timely Delivery: Deliver items safely to the customer's doorstep within assigned timelines using the Zepto app for navigation.

• Package Handling: Handle all packages carefully to avoid damage.

• Customer Interaction: Maintain professional behavior and handle payments/receipts when required.

• Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety rules during transit.

Earnings are typically structured as a Fixed + Incentives model. While base pay varies by city, total monthly potential can range significantly based on performance:

• Average Earnings: Typically between ₹25,000 to ₹43,000.

• Maximum Potential: High-performing partners in major cities can earn up to ₹60,000–₹90,000.

• Payout Structure: Payments are processed on a weekly basis.

• Bonus Components: Includes a joining bonus (up to ₹10,000), daily incentives for meeting goals, and referral bonuses (₹1,000–₹1,500 per new partner).
