About Whirl & Wash

Whirl & Wash is a premium doorstep laundry and dry-cleaning service. We provide convenient pickup and delivery of customers' clothes and household items while maintaining high standards of service and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up laundry and dry-cleaning orders from customers' homes.

• Deliver cleaned and packed orders safely and on time.

• Handle customer orders carefully and ensure items are not damaged or misplaced.

• Collect payments from customers through cash/UPI when required.

• Verify order details, quantity and customer information during pickup and delivery.

• Coordinate with the laundry team regarding pickup, delivery and order status.

• Update pickup/delivery status through the company's mobile/WhatsApp system.

• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

• Handle customer queries related to pickup and delivery and report issues to the management.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle/bike.

• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.

• Maintain basic records of cash collections, delivered orders and pending orders.

Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler and driving licence.

• Android smartphone with WhatsApp.

• Good knowledge of local areas and routes.

• Basic communication skills in Hindi.

• Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly.

• Ability to handle clothes and laundry items carefully.

• Previous experience in delivery, courier, e-commerce, laundry or logistics will be an advantage.

• Freshers can also apply if they are responsible and willing to learn.

Working Hours

Full-Time: 9–10 hours per day

Salary & Incentives

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Additional performance/delivery incentives may be provided based on the number of successful pickups and deliveries.
