Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders while maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be punctual, familiar with local routes, and committed to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders safely and on time.

• Verify order details before dispatch and at the time of delivery.

• Handle cash, online payment confirmations, and delivery receipts when required.

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior with customers.

• Follow assigned delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for order readiness.

• Ensure proper handling of food packages to maintain quality during transit.

• Report delivery issues, customer feedback, or delays to the supervisor.

• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

• Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience as a Delivery Executive (freshers may apply).

• Valid driving license for a two-wheeler.

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps).

• Basic communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
