Key Responsibilities
Order Pickup: Collect parcels, meals, or documents from restaurants, distribution centers, or stores accurately.
Safe Transport: Drive or ride a two-wheeler or delivery vehicle safely while using GPS navigation maps.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers politely, verify recipient details, collect signatures or digital confirmations, and handle cash or online payments if required.
Time Management: Follow optimized delivery routes to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Vehicle & Record Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, track mileage, and report any accidents, vehicle issues, or delivery delays to the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
License: A valid driver's license for a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
Knowledge: Familiarity with local roads, traffic rules, and smartphone navigation apps.
Communication: Good verbal communication and basic customer service skills.
Physical Fitness: Stamina to handle active daily deliveries, loading, and unloading.
