We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team and ensure the swift, safe transportation of goods to our customers. In this role, you will load and organize items, plan or navigate optimal routes using GPS tools, and deliver packages or food orders with a high standard of customer service. Your daily duties will include verifying recipient details, collecting payments or signatures when required, maintaining your delivery vehicle or two-wheeler in good condition, and reporting any transit or route issues to the supervisor. The ideal candidate possesses a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, strong local area knowledge, and good communication skills to handle fast-paced daily deliveries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Transport: Pick up items or food orders and deliver them to designated addresses on schedule.

• Navigation & Routes: Use GPS applications and local street knowledge to find the fastest and safest routes.

• Customer Service: Greet customers politely, verify delivery details, and resolve basic inquiries or drop-off issues.

• Payments & Records: Collect cash or digital payments, manage receipts, and keep accurate logs of completed trips.

• Vehicle Care: Perform routine checks on your bike or vehicle, follow all traffic safety laws, and report maintenance needs.

Core Requirements

• License & ID: Valid driver's license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and proof of identity.

• Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with local roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.

• Communication: Clear verbal skills to interact with clients, restaurants, and dispatchers.

• Physical Fitness: Stamina to handle active hours on the road and lift standard package weights.

• Reliability: Punctual, honest, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
