Job Title: Food & Sweets Delivery

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Associate to handle timely deliveries of fresh food and sweets. You'll play a key role in ensuring orders reach customers hot, fresh, and with a smile, contributing to our reputation for excellent service in a fast-paced food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up prepared food and sweets orders from the kitchen or store.

• Deliver orders to customers' locations using a two-wheeler, bicycle, or company vehicle within the assigned area.

• Verify order accuracy.

• Interact politely with customers, collect payments or digital confirmations, and handle any on-spot issues like address changes.

• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle or bag.

• Follow traffic rules, delivery timelines, and food safety standards to ensure hygienic handling.

• Report daily deliveries, issues, or feedback .

• Assist with minor store tasks during low-delivery periods, like order packing.(preferred/optional)

Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Fit to carry loads up to 15-20 kg.

• Smartphone with GPS and reliable internet access. (preferred)

• Knowledge of local areas for efficient routing.

• Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior delivery or riding experience in food services.

• Basic English or local language proficiency.

• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and festivals.
