Job Title: Delivery Rider (Own Bike)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Riders with their own bikes to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders safely and on time while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers within the assigned area.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of all assigned orders.

• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

• Use mobile applications for order acceptance, navigation, and delivery updates.

• Maintain proper communication with the operations team.

• Verify delivery details and collect payment if required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.

• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter).

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.

• RC, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate (PUC) must be valid.

• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and navigation apps.

• Good knowledge of local routes in Bangalore.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple deliveries.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or courier services is preferred.
