Job Summary

● The Driver Cum Delivery Agent (DCD) is responsible for timely delivery of products while

following company delivery and documentation processes.

● The role requires driving 3/4 wheeler cargo vehicles (as per requirement).

● Candidates should have attention to detail, should do proper product handling, and

timely reporting.

● Alongside delivery, the DCD is also responsible for safely unloading and handling

materials at the delivery location as per company’s delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

● Follow operational guidelines shared by the warehouse team.

● Handle Fresh & Vegetables, Dairy, Chicken & Eggs, and other fragile items carefully.

● Verify items and quantities against the Proof of Delivery (POD) before marking orders

delivered.

● Raise during-delivery tickets for missing items, damaged products, or quantity

mismatches.

● Inform customers about delivery discrepancies professionally.

● Obtain POD remarks for missing or damaged products and capture clear delivery

photographs.

● Report incidents to the warehouse supervisor and support investigations when required.

● Ensure delivery vehicles are in good working condition and hygiene is maintained.

Skills Required

● Drive Vehicle (EV/Non-EV 4 wheeler or 3 wheeler as per requirement)

● Good communication skills

● Ability to read product names in English

● Ability to unload material

● Ability to follow SOPs and operational guidelines

● Basic smartphone/app usage skills

● Attention to detail

Onboarding Requirements (Mandatory documents)

● Adhar card / Pancard

● Driving License (DL)
