Job Description:

Flipkart is hiring Delivery Executives responsible for delivering packages to customers safely and on time while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages from the Flipkart delivery hub

• Deliver parcels to customers at assigned locations

• Verify customer identity and obtain delivery confirmation

• Collect cash for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders if applicable

• Handle packages carefully to avoid damage

• Maintain delivery records using a mobile app

• Follow company safety and delivery guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)

• Valid two-wheeler driving license

• Own bike/scooter (preferred)

• Smartphone with internet connectivity

• Basic knowledge of local routes

• Ability to communicate politely with customers

Skills Required:

• Time management and punctuality

• Good communication skills

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Basic navigation/map-reading skills

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
