Delivery Boy

We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team at DELIHVERY. The role focuses on ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods to clients, maintaining professionalism and company standards. Applicants must have strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service.

Delivery Associate – Salary & Incentive Structure

Work Schedule

• Login Hours: 9 Hours (Mandatory)

• Shift Timing: 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 11:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Minimum Guarantee Pay (MGP)

• Guaranteed earnings of ₹1,000 – ₹1,200 per day for completing up to 22 orders.

• If orders are less than 22 or no orders are assigned, the associate will still receive the applicable Minimum Guarantee Pay (MGP).

Order Incentive

• For deliveries exceeding 25 orders per day, associates will earn ₹55 per parcel.

• Additional ₹3 per km will be paid as fuel reimbursement.

Delivery Distance

• Typical delivery distance ranges from 5 km to 10 km.

Joining Bonus

• Earn an additional ₹100 per day for every 3 consecutive working days.

• Maximum joining bonus payable during the first 45 days is ₹4,500.

Expected Monthly Earnings

• Approximate monthly earnings can range between ₹26,000 and ₹35,000+, depending on performance, order volume, and incentives.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver goods accurately and on time.

• Ensure the orders are complete and delivered to recipients.

• Handle loading and unloading of items with care.

• Collect payments when required and provide necessary documentation.

• Engage with clients to address inquiries or concerns politely.

• Follow established routes and comply with traffic regulations.

• Maintain a log of delivery details, including times, locations and receipts.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Besides this, strong time management, attention to detail and customer service skills are a must. Familiarity with navigation tools and prior delivery experience is a plus.
