Key Responsibilities
Pickup & Delivery: Timely collection and delivery of items to specified locations, ensuring products remain safe and undamaged.
Navigation: Efficiently planning and using local routes and GPS to meet schedules.
Customer Service: Interacting professionally with customers, addressing queries, obtaining signatures, and handling payments (cash/digital).
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate delivery logs, transaction records, and updating delivery status on apps.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keeping the assigned bike clean and in good working order.
