Key Responsibilities:
Pickup & Delivery: Collect items from designated points (restaurants, warehouses, vendors) and deliver them to customers.
Time Management: Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting deadlines.
Customer Service: Communicate politely with customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and potentially collect payments or signatures.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to traffic laws, drive safely, and keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good condition.
Platform Management: Use delivery apps for order management and confirmations.
