Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer orders to the assigned locations in a timely and professional manner.
Safely transport food, groceries, medicines, and other products while maintaining product quality.
Verify order details and customer addresses before delivery.
Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and submit them according to company procedures.
Update delivery status through the mobile app or delivery management system.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
Report delivery issues, customer complaints, or operational challenges to the supervisor.
Follow all company policies, traffic regulations, and safety guidelines.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
Meet daily delivery targets and performance standards.
Obtain delivery confirmation and customer feedback when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid driving license.
Own bike/scooter with necessary documents.
Basic knowledge of smartphone usage, GPS, and navigation apps.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
