We are looking for a delivery boy to join our team at Big Basket who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pickup and drop-off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and they are handed to the right customer.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0-3 years of experience. Other skill requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
