Role: BDE- Voice Process
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the client base.
Prepare regular reports on client relationship status.
