Job Description:

Legal Capital is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Voice Process Executives to handle client interactions and support business operations through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.

• Communicate with clients to explain legal services and offerings.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English & Telugu/Hindi.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
