Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi-Voice Process Executive to support customer coordination, service

operations, and internal technical teams in a crane manufacturing environment. The role involves a mix of email/documentation work and limited voice interaction with customers, vendors, and service engineers.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer queries through email and limited phone calls

 Coordinate with service engineers and internal technical teams

 Prepare and update service reports, job cards, and documentation

 Track service requests, breakdown calls, and AMC schedules

 Support spare parts coordination and follow-ups

 Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems

 Ensure timely communication and resolution updates to customers

Key Skills & Requirements

 Basic knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical engineering concepts

 Good written communication skills (English)

 Basic verbal communication skills (semi-voice role)

 MS Excel, Word, and email handling

 Willingness to learn crane systems and service processes

 Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

 Exposure to heavy equipment, cranes, or industrial machinery

 Internship or academic project in manufacturing or service industry
