Job Summary
We are looking for a Semi-Voice Process Executive to support customer coordination, service
operations, and internal technical teams in a crane manufacturing environment. The role involves a mix of email/documentation work and limited voice interaction with customers, vendors, and service engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email and limited phone calls
Coordinate with service engineers and internal technical teams
Prepare and update service reports, job cards, and documentation
Track service requests, breakdown calls, and AMC schedules
Support spare parts coordination and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
Ensure timely communication and resolution updates to customers
Key Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical engineering concepts
Good written communication skills (English)
Basic verbal communication skills (semi-voice role)
MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Willingness to learn crane systems and service processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
Exposure to heavy equipment, cranes, or industrial machinery
Internship or academic project in manufacturing or service industry
