We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Outbound Voice Executive to handle broadband plan renewal calls. The role involves contacting existing customers before plan expiry, explaining renewal options, addressing concerns, and retaining customers through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing broadband customers for plan renewal
Explain current plans, renewal offers, and promotional benefits clearly
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable renewal plans
Handle objections and provide effective retention solutions
Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain brand standards
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal and retention targets
Update customer details and call outcomes accurately in CRM systems
Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or special cases

Eligibility / Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in outbound calling, sales, or retention
Experience in telecom/broadband processes is an advantage
