Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Pre-Sales)

We are hiring now.

Hindustan Wellness Pvt. Ltd.: We are India's largest Preventive Health Check-up company and are the pioneers in the field of health @ home. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the diagnostic space and are looking for like-minded candidates to join our growing team.

Hindustan Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle pre-sales inquiries and customer support activities. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product information, converting leads into sales, and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Salary Range – 18,000 to 25,000 CTC Monthly Plus upto 80,000 incentives

Other Benefits - Increment after every 6 months and monthly unlimited incentives.

Role and Responsibility: -

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

Provide product details and recommend suitable products

Follow up with leads and support sales conversion

Resolve customer queries and provide order updates

Maintain records in CRM system

Interview rounds- Two rounds (HR and Operations Round) Venue: Plot No. 107, Sector 44, Gurgaon, and Haryana, India – 122003

Time - 10 AM – 4 PM
