Job Summary

Digitide is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Airtel Voice Process in Hyderabad. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have good communication skills and are interested in customer service and voice-process roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and provide appropriate assistance.

• Understand customer queries and resolve issues related to the Airtel process.

• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Follow company guidelines, process instructions, and quality standards.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, where required.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team.

• Meet assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle calls professionally.

• Prior voice-process, BPO, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹15,000 per month.

• Experienced candidates: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.

Salary is as per the shared hiring details; confirm whether the figures are gross salary, in-hand salary, or CTC.
