New Salary -Need to follow this slab

Slab 1 - 0 to 6 months: 28K Gross | 24,920/- Net

Slab 2 - 6 to 12 months: 32,750 Gross | 29,670/- Net

Slab 3 - 12 to 18 months: 35,000/- Gross | 31,920/- Net

Slab 4 - 18 to 30 months: 37,500/- Gross | 34,420/- Net

Important Communication to Candidates

As part of the candidate briefing process, please ensure that all applicants are informed about an upcoming change in the salary structure in line with the new government requirements. Based on this change, ₹720 from the current salary structure will be contributed towards the employee's Provident Fund (PF) account.

As a result, the candidates' monthly in-hand salary will reduce by ₹720 after the implementation of the revised structure, while the same amount will be credited to their PF account as part of their long-term retirement savings. It is important that candidates are made aware of this change upfront to avoid any misunderstanding at a later stage.

There will be no change in the CTC.
