Key Responsibilities:
This is a Semi-Technical Customer Support profile
Troubleshoot Cable Box issues
Resolve Internet & Wi-Fi password issues
Assist with Landline connectivity problems
Handle Billing queries
Perform Upselling where applicable
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is HSE and 12 months of Experience in BPO. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to 5 days in a week during the Australian shift.
