Customer Support Specialist for Retail Sports Brand(Voice & Chat Process)

Key Responsibilities

● Blended Voice Operations: Manage inbound customer support calls (order tracking, cancellation and refund, exchange, sizing advice, returns) and execute strategic outbound calls (address verification, high-value COD order confirmations, customer loyalty outreach).

● Problem Identification & Resolution: Actively listen to pinpoint customer concerns accurately. Resolve issues on the spot wherever possible using technical accuracy and deep empathy.

● End-to-End Ownership: Own customer issues from the first ring until absolute closure. Coordinate seamlessly and follow up aggressively with internal teams to ensure proper resolution with customer satisfaction.

● CRM & System Hygiene: Ensure meticulous documentation and data hygiene by accurately logging call dispositions, customer touchpoints, and detailed case notes in the system immediately following every interaction.

● Multi-channel Support: Assist customers queries regarding both our online e-commerce marketplace and our physical retail store.

● Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a knowledgeable advisor on sports gear and apparel, guiding customers toward the right products when they seek expert advice.

What We Are Looking For

· Background: 1 to 3 years of solid experience in customer support, helpdesk, or customer success facing retail, e-commerce, online marketplaces, or lifestyle/sports brands.

· Language & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (knowledge of a third language is a major plus). Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure.

· Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive 'get it done' attitude with sharp critical thinking to resolve complex delivery, refund, or product issues.

· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and navigating cloud telephony systems, basic helpdesks/ticketing tools, and e-commerce backends.

· Sports Enthusiast (Big Plus): A personal passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyles is highly valued, as you will be talking to athletes and sports enthusiasts all day!
