Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, accounts, or complaints.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Upsell / cross-sell products or services where applicable.
Respond to customer emails and voice support requests (for applicable processes).
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve productivity and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification as per company norms.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Versant Score: 4 to 6 (for Voice Process).
Strong customer service orientation.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage challenges.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
