We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the UK International Process. The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing high-quality service to UK-based customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Good understanding of English language (spoken and written).
Fluent speaking is not mandatory; however, good communication skills are required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
