Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
Salary: 12,500 – 17,000 per month
Incentives: Additional incentives for extra hours (1 hour extra = incentive applicable)
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team at Kudlu Gate. If you are passionate about helping customers, have good communication skills, and can speak English along with any South Indian language, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
• Work 9 hours a day; extra 1 hour work will be rewarded with incentives.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum PUC (12th Pass)
• Languages: Must be fluent in English AND any one of the following:
• Hindi
• Malayalam
• Tamil
• Telugu
• Kannada
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• Other Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, customer-centric attitude
