Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading company in the fertilizers and agricultural products sector. This role is ideal for candidates with an agriculture background who can effectively communicate with customers and provide support in Marathi.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, primarily in Marathi, addressing customer queries related to agri-products and fertilizers
Provide accurate guidance and information to farmers and customers
Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
Ensure adherence to defined processes and service standards
Key Requirements:
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in Marathi (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a BPO environment
