🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice) with strong exposure to the Property & Casualty Insurance industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling backend email support, customer servicing, documentation, and insurance workflow support with accuracy and professionalism.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage email-based customer support for P&C policies
• Handle policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and documentation
• Support underwriting and claims administration teams
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries within SLA
• Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
• Follow compliance, quality, and audit guidelines
🔹 Required Skills
✔ Minimum 3 years experience in Property & Casualty Insurance operations
✔ Strong analytical and written communication skills
✔ Knowledge of insurance workflow tools or CRM systems
✔ Ability to manage high-volume tasks with attention to detail
✔ Team player with a strong customer-service mindset
