🔹 Job Overview
We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in banking sales and customer relationship management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Engage with assigned customers through inbound and outbound calls
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products
Promote digital banking services
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as cards, assets, TPP, etc.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines
Process customer requests and transactions accurately
🔹 Eligibility
Graduate in any stream except B.Tech/BE
Freshers can apply
Experience: 0–3 years
Age: 18–30 years
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
🔹 Language Requirements
English is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one of:
Hindi
Kannada
Tamil
Malayalam
