Virtual Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to build and manage customer relationships through digital channels. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting banking products, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products such as cards, loans, and investment solutions.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer retention.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.

• Sales, persuasion, and customer relationship management abilities.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Telesales, Banking Sales, or Customer Service.

• Ability to achieve sales and portfolio targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream, except B.Tech/BE).

• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply).

• Age: 18–30 Years.

• Languages: Fluent English with Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
