We are looking for female candidates to join our team as Video Chat Operators. This is a work-from-home role involving real-time interaction with users on our digital platform. The position is suitable for freshers and individuals looking for flexible working hours.

• Ensure regular availability during assigned working hours

• Meet daily interaction and engagement targets

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Work Details

• Work Mode: Work From Home

• Working Hours: 5 hours per day

• Schedule: Flexible within assigned time slots

Compensation

Total Earnings: Up to ₹20,000 per month
1) ₹10,000 Fixed Pay
2) ₹10,000 Performance-Based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Age: 18 years and above

• Must be comfortable with online interaction

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Smartphone with stable internet connection
