Travel Sales Executive

Location: Kamla Nagar, Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel bookings and ensure smooth coordination of travel services. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, bookings, vendor coordination, and delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)

·        Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners for confirmations and best rates

·        Prepare and share travel itineraries with clients

·        Manage customer queries and provide travel solutions

·        Ensure timely booking, ticketing, and documentation

·        Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

·        Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

·        Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
