Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Nashik
Experience: 0–3 Years (Travel Domain Experience Mandatory)
Shift: General Shift
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants with a background in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in handling travel bookings, customer queries, and travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel services.
Assist customers with domestic and international travel requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless service.
Resolve customer concerns while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
Meet quality and productivity targets while adhering to company processes.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mandatory experience in the Travel domain.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of travel operations and booking processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Eligibility
Experience: 0–3 years in the Travel domain only.
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company policy).
Experience with Travel BPOs, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Airlines, Travel Agencies, or Hospitality travel operations is preferred.
Willingness to work in a General Shift.
