Travel Consultant – Flight Ticketing

Position: Travel Consultant – Domestic & International Flight Ticketing

Location: Jodhpur

Job Summary

Holiday Chacha Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle domestic and international flight ticketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with flight bookings, fare quotations, ticket modifications, cancellations, and travel-related support while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings

• Provide airfare quotations and travel options to clients

• Assist customers with ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds

• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for booking confirmations and travel support

• Resolve client queries related to flights, baggage, rescheduling, visa-linked travel requirements, and airline policies

• Follow up with clients for payments and booking confirmations

• Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation

• Ensure timely response to client calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries

• Coordinate with sales, visa, and accounts departments for smooth workflow

• Stay updated with airline fares, routes, travel advisories, and industry changes

• Handle urgent travel situations and last-minute operational support professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in travel industry/ticketing preferred

• Knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing

• Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or similar platforms preferred

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure during peak travel season

• Basic computer and email handling knowledge

• Professional attitude and teamwork capability
