Job Description

Himalayan Holidayers is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their travel requirements, sharing suitable holiday packages, handling inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and assist customers regarding holiday packages.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.

Share package details, quotations, and itineraries with clients.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Eligibility Criteria

MTTM (Master of Travel and Tourism Management), Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Internet).

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Candidates currently residing in Shimla or nearby areas will be preferred.

Only candidates willing to work from our Sanjauli, Shimla office should apply.

Dhruv Commercial Complex (Vishal Mega Mart Building, 1st Floor)

Opposite Axis Bank, Sanjauli, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh – 171006

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift: Day Shift

Time : 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Salary: 15000-20000 ( Attractive In-Hand Salary + Performance Incentives )
