Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and travel partners.

• Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, conference facilities, and special packages.

• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate pricing with clients.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

• Attend trade shows, networking events, and local business meetings to generate leads.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Upsell hotel services such as restaurants, spa, airport transfers, and event packages.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and customer service abilities.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Strong presentation and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development.

• Experience with corporate sales, travel agencies, or OTA partnerships is an advantage.
